Hi! I'm Lyndsie and I'm here for you. I have an extensive background of working with people in behavioral health, substance abuse, and teaching. There isn't much I haven't seen. I'm also really good at what I do.
I have sat with many people during difficult life moments (death, jobs, divorce, sexuality, spiritual awakening) and helped them gain perspective on their lives and what they really value. I have gone through my own difficult spiritual awakening and can use all the techniques I have learned to help you.
